Can I add something to my order?
You can add something to your order until September the first. You do this by placing a new order. When placing this new order, put in the comments field that you want to add something to a previous order and state the order number. We will then ensure that these orders are combined.
Can I give the flower bulbs to someone else as a gift?
If you want to give flower bulbs to someone as a gift and therefore want to send them to a different shipping address than your own (invoice) address, you can indicate this in the payment process. At the payment method, uncheck the billing and shipping address are the same. You can then specify a different shipping address and complete your order. The recipient of your order will not receive an invoice or price information with the order, these will be sent to you by email.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
After you have paid for your order and it has been processed by us, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail.
How do I know if Time4Tulips has received my payment?
Once we have received your payment, we will send you the invoice by e-mail. You will first receive an order confirmation and then a payment confirmation with invoice.
Can I pay afterwards?
At the moment it is not yet possible to pay afterwards. Only after payment your order will be final and then the flower bulbs will be reserved for you. If you do not complete your payment within the specified period, your order will be cancelled.
When will my Tulips be delivered?
We start sending our orders from mid-September. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I have an order delivered outside the EU?
If you are from the UK you can! But for other countries it is not possible yet at the moment (we are working on that, keep up to date thru our newsletter, subscribe here).
Can I indicate when I want to receive my order?
You can leave a note with a delivery request when paying for your order. For example: ‘please deliver in week 44’. We try to take this into account as much as possible, but cannot guarantee this because we depend on the parcel service, among other things.
Through which parcel service will my package be sent?
Why do I have to pay shipping costs?
Because each country has its own shipping costs, we charge the shipping costs proportionally.
What should I do if my tulip bulbs arrive damaged?
The likelihood of your shipment arriving damaged is very slim. However, if there is a problem on delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day that the order was delivered and a claim will be initiated with the carrier. You will need to retain the package(s) for a minimum of 7 days, as the delivery company may want to inspect the damaged product, original shipping cartons and packing. We are able to reship a replacement product after the delivering carrier has approved the damage claim. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage in shipment. We are not able to honor claims that are made more than 24 hours after receipt of the damaged product. After expiry of the terms mentioned above, customer is deemed to have approved the products delivered.
